About Us
Our Factory in China
Velaterra is the Australian arm of FUJIAN DEHUA WILL CERAMIC CO., LTD — our own ceramics factory in Dehua, Fujian, China.
- 26 years of manufacturing and export experience
- 75% of our products are exported to Europe
- A team of 200+ craftspeople, quality controllers and production staff
Because we own the factory, every Velaterra piece comes from the same kilns and the same family of artisans — no middlemen, no relabelled stock.
Our Australian Business
To bring this heritage to Australian gift shoppers, we set up Velaterra Pty Ltd in Melbourne. We run a dual model:
- Retail — gift-ready ceramics for Australian consumers, sold online and shipped from our Melbourne warehouse
- Wholesale — bulk supply to small boutiques, gift shops, corporate clients, event planners and stylists
Every piece is quality-guaranteed, and we continuously refresh the range with new designs and seasonal collections.
Why This Matters For You
- Direct-from-factory pricing — no middlemen margin
- Quality guaranteed — backed by 26 years of export-grade manufacturing
- Always something new — the range evolves, not just repeats
- Real people, both sides — talk to Maggie in Melbourne, or to her team in Dehua
